As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?
1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.
2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.
3. Home and having a curry tonight

Linking to the original post:
Got jabbed in the eye again last week. Could barely see afterwards, it's just white. Made more of a thing of it this time and they found it's spiking my eye pressure pretty high. So emergency drops. Then extra drops for a 5 days which have beta blockers. Found another issue, CSR, is related to long term stress, had that for 13 years.
Anyway good news:
You guys are so brave to have jabs in the eye! I get scared and cry with having regular jabs! Wish I was a brave as you guys! Funny how some people are ay ok with certain things whilst over people freak out over the same things but guess that makes us individuals

For me that is like Hudson's choice (if that’s the right saying). I can understand why you would get so worked up about it as that must be such an awful thing to go through. I didn’t even know eye jabs were possible until a few years ago when my nan said about having to have hers a lot.
Ouch I bet it stung like crazy when crying ! I can imagine sleep to be the best thing after those jabs though and let’s face you will need the time off in order to recover. But I can understand how awful it must feel for you though, like you can’t do anything you want to do even to distract yourself.
If you don’t mind me asking, are you even able to see after the jabs? I hope you are ok from them now
Sorry I missed this.
The first time I sort of dissociated.
The second time I struggled not to cry afterwards.
Twice I have involuntarily fallen asleep afterwards when I got home, a kind of nervous overload. You sit down and sort of pass out, once in the middle of watching a 30 second news item.
I get wound up for a week beforehand. On the day, I have to take the day off. I cant do anything afterwards. I just sit in my chair for hours in shock.
I can't work well the following day.
Bit it is this or go part blind. So it is not easy, but I have no choice.
I don't think I'm brave.
