1.  My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.

  • I had my ADHD assessment this morning and got my preliminary diagnosis.

    I'm out for coffee with my wife and the sausage roll (bacon, brie and black pudding) was outstanding. We may also be purchasing cake for later!

    I have a load of washing on and it's currently not raining (small victory)
