3 Good Things (again)

1. I went swimming yesterday  
2. My neighbour came round and gave me some fresh eggs from her chickens
3. Had confirmation for my appointment with my therapist this week.

What a great day!! 

I used to get eggs from someone who kept chickens and they tasted soooo much better than supermarket ones.

Great that you have a therapy appointment too.

I'd love to swim but I can only swim about a width of the pool and then I sink. I do believe it's the best form of exercise though.

It really was one of those near perfect days ^^

I know right they taste so much better. I'm tempted to keep my own chickens I do live on an old farm so of to a great start lol

I love to swim to but I'm not the best at it. I really enjoy it though.

I pleased your are persevering with the swimming. I have a local pool to go to but I'm too impatient with the learning bit, I can't seem to improve at the rate I want to.
