As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?

1. That though I was awake at 3am, I think I'm going to be able to manage today.
2. That it is only three days till I see my psychiatrist - so I can give you guys a break! 
3. That I get to spend a girl's day with my lovely teenage daughter - well in between her AS level studying.
