I. Survived a mental health crisis (Big thanks to my mental health team for their support and encouragement).
II. Bought myself a nice summer dress, in the hopes the weather will be good this summer.
III. Took advantage of the lovely weather the other day, and went for a nice hike, up through the fields, through the woods and past the stream. Felt amazing being outside with nature and in the fresh air.
