I Googled it and looked at the links Bunny posted and it’s not an official thing it seems, there’s no science behind it, so I guess it’s down to the peeps whether they think its a real thing or not. I don't think it's something I have but could be wrong I don't really know much about my ADHD that's why I'm waiting for professional expertise with it.
You could always ask your gp and see their views on it?
