To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem. This morning I decided to finally start posting and have had issues with updating my profile name and description. At times it reverts back to my given NAS name and number, and removes what I wrote on my bio.

I have emailed the community manager about this. Will post here once I have a reply.
