Just wondering if neurodivergence has any impact on sleep patterns (or lack thereof!).

I'm a morning person. I like going to bed early and I simply feel more productive on a morning. Plus, getting to the gym and doing my workout at 6AM ensures that it is nice and quiet - if I tried to go at 8PM the gym would be much busier and increase the friction for me working out.
Simply put, I'm a creature of habit (who isn't?) and I've made mornings work for me.
