So much relatable stuff in there, I'm shocked at how much more I realise is masking every day since I was diagnosed, opinions, behaviour, even when I'm alone I still do it.

Spikeymark makes a good point that it's also useful at times too, I wouldn't have my job and house etc. if I hadn't used masking to avoid me being thrown to one side a lot. But it's exhausting too.

I'm still on this journey and don't know if it will ever end.

Masking is as useful to me as it is tiring.
