Next US health secretary: “autism comes from vaccines”

I was told by an American friend that no European will ever understand about America and guns, he said that the laws are stupid. I can understand the need for a gun when one lives in areas with bears and lions and other animals that think of humans as a snack, but do they really need military grade weaponry for that? I know they have a consitituional right to bare arms, as far as I'm concerned they can go sleeveless whenever they want.!

I guess it says more about the sate of the American mind that school kids feel that they should shoot their class mates and teachers, but then we have a massive problem with knives in this country. I suspect the root causes are similar, but less likely to provoke mass killings. And we in this country know we have a problem and want to do something about it and know the solution isn't more knives.

I sure hope so, but the question was asked why there were so few gun episodes in schools in the rest of the world, and the answer didn't seem to matter. 

It is remarkable how some people prefer to believe a totally discredited former research scientist, who was definitively shown to have fabricated and altered results for monetary gain, who has been struck off the medical register and who cannot now practise medicine or call himself a doctor, over all the other people in the field, who are in good standing in the research community and who continue to be able to practise medicine. It takes a special kind of stupid!

They may well blame the deep state, but others will wake up and start asking questions and wondering why the rest of the developed world and much of the developing world dosen't have these problems. I guess they may become enemies within, apparently many people are looking at how to move to other countries and many former senior people in and around the white house, pentagon and other high state positions have go bags, escape routes planed, private security and are ready to leave at a momments notice due to the very real fears that Trump will come after them.

They will blame "The Deep State". (They have blamed it for covid, so why not polio etc) Once people have entrenched themselves in a position it is very difficult for them to get out of it.

I wonder how long the scepticism will last when things like polio and diptheria start killing and maiming people, especially children?

Sadly these views do reflect those of many people across the world, you will still be able to get vaccines if you pay for them, but I doubt they'll be funded as part of a public health drive. It's not only Americans it will effect, but international charities that are funded by America, remember the Bush administration defunding any that supported birth control? Birth control methods got caught up in anti-abortion sentiments.

So depressing.,,

I had recently heard about this whilst watching the news.

When I read the Sky News article you have linked to, I found it almost laughable when I read this:
RFK Jr will "restore these Agencies to the traditions of Gold Standard Scientific Research

If this is true, then with any luck it will only be a matter of time until RFK Jr finally accepts what the studies have proven to date (that vaccines don't cause ASD).
