Hi.

This is just a test really. As my posts elsewhere are in moderation limbo, I thought I'd see if starting a thread happened any quicker. My first time back here after opting out of all the initial faff (I didn't have the spare energy) and waiting for the new forum dust to settle.. and so far it feels like there's one-way glass between me and everyone else.

  • Hello again - and I repeat my delight at your return (ability / fortitude to achieve your return.)

    Like you, I thought I had opted out of all the initial faff and left it (for what I thought would be a reasonable time for the dust to settle.)

    How wrong I was.  Dust is in my fur and I am starting to feel somewhat "poked" whilst trying to advocate for the silenced and anxious.

    I fear that this new long-promised panacea may be filled by automatons quoting commercial links, platitudes and rules, rather than autists, at this rate?!

    I wonder if we will be able to "block" comment from certain entities.  Naturally, we have no idea because NOTHING is being communicated.

    Sorry to hijack your "Hello again" with a rant.......but at least I know you will understand the frustration!
