It's been a weird week since the forum came back on, getting loads of email notifications but not being able to reply to anyone - it felt rather isolating.
Nothing worked for me - tried resetting my password, opening a new account through a different email, contacting the community manager and asking for a reset password email - all failed. I had given up hope and asked for my account to be deleted to stop the notification emails, but then I got another email today saying the password reset was now working, so I tried again and it finally worked.
It's been an extremely stressful week, as I've had lots to deal with in my off line life, including my Xbox dying on me 
But I'm hoping things will get better soon.
