:) It's really worth it. It does cost around £15 for three  years but it pays off if you're going to use it for concerts and cinema... etc

By the way, I’ve vaguely heard about a travel card that one can get for either free or discounted transport costs (I’m in Manchester) but I don’t know if there is one for the whole of the U.K. as well
