I am so freaking pissed. Do you know how frustrating and alienating it is to be the youngest guy in a community of much older people and little sprogs?
It's the worst kind of middle ground and I often get sucked into activities with older people and I don't belong. I feel awkward and out of place, being 35 with some arrested emotional development.
To clarify, I'm talking about always being directed to men's sheds and once I was referred to an exercise programme being held at a retirement complex.
What's the community? Are you talking about here? I like the range of ages/genders.
