Access to work- advice

Hi! 
I’m a teacher and have been looking into access to work, as I’m struggling quite a bit with being overwhelmed and very anxious recently. I’m struggling with what to ask for and how to justify it, for example, I hate laptops and they cause me a lot of stress because they’re not reliable, so I’d like a standing computer for my classroom instead but how can I ask for that? 
Any advice would be appreciated :)
