Fuming with lack of communication

Absolutely fuming

I was told to pay for the estuary ladies barbecue on the 12th August 2024 (4pm-6pm); returned home from the library (borrowed graphic novel books and forgotten my keys, luckily someone was in); logged onto my personal Facebook account and said please book and pay for the barbecue end of 6th August. Supposed you're away or fallen over? Some dont live in the area or use social media. I may feedback to this when book and pay £10.

Think they need to know the numbers and buy the food. I was suprised by paying on the day at the afternoon tea. estuary ladies needs to be more organised.
