I live in the Cambridgeshire area and would like to make friends I have autism.
say hi if you are interested in making friends
I watch a lot of TV (always have done), but in terms of productive hobbies I veer towards arts and crafts.
Hello,
No problem. Same here. Do you have type of music and podcasts do you like?
helloooo, i don't have any friends but im gonna start going out soon and hopefully make a friend or 2 in a club or smth
how are you doing lately??
Sheffield is such a change from Cambridgeshire! I found it so useful; I felt like I unlocked a part of me that I had been trying to deny existed. It has been a difficult journey just trying to find more information or support. How have you found it since you receved your diagnosis?
Good to know. Jump in and don’t forget the seatbelt!
Thanks worth a try what hobbies do you have may I ask?
Thank you!
Hello thank you for the welcome! Good to meet likeminded folk. I like walking, music and podcasts/audiobooks. How about you?
Thank you! Good to know! I might have a search for books whilst I’m here.
Hey that’s good! I like Sheffield. I wish I was studying again. Have you found the diagnosis helpful? It is a relief for me.
Hi there! I live in Cambridgeshire when I'm not studying up in Sheffield! Always up for having a chat as I am fairly recently diagnosed too!
Welcome to the community I hope you find this community as helpful as I have!
Hello and welcome.
I am also autistic. I live in the south-east. What are your interests?
Welcome to the community!
Welcome NAS94619,
My advice is to take your time getting to know the members here by participating in forum discussions, as this will help you to determine who you're on a similar wavelength with, and any interests/hobbies that you may have in common.
Welcome NAS94619I would say that we are all friends here. SO jump into conversations & enjoy yourself
