I love food, I love growing cooking and eating it, I'm aware of some ASD people who have real problems with it, prefering a "beige diet".
How do the rest of you feel about food?

I’ve had similar struggles with textures and limited food choices, especially with sensory overload. One thing that helped was ordering from a natural foods company that offers simple ingredient lists and minimal processing. Their stuff feels less overwhelming, and I can usually find a couple safe staples that actually taste okay and don’t trigger sensitivities. It’s made eating a little less stressful and more predictable day to day.
