Food

I love food, I love growing cooking and eating it, I'm aware of some ASD people who have real problems with it, prefering a "beige diet".

How do the rest of you feel about food?

Parents
  • I’ve had similar struggles with textures and limited food choices, especially with sensory overload. One thing that helped was ordering from a natural foods company that offers simple ingredient lists and minimal processing. Their stuff feels less overwhelming, and I can usually find a couple safe staples that actually taste okay and don’t trigger sensitivities. It’s made eating a little less stressful and more predictable day to day.
