What book?

My 30 yo daughter recently diagnosed with autism and BPD lives independently in her own place. I would like best book recommendations to read to help and understand please for me and husband?

If you want a single book, then Tony Attwood, 'The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome' is probably the most comprehensive. Though the title is a little dated it covers Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1, which is the more recent diagnosis terminology.

The two I asked my husband to read were Autism in Adults and Avoiding Anxiety in Autistic Adults both by Luke Beardon. I think it helped him understand some of my struggles and I also refer back to them more regularly than any of the others I've read.
