What’s your favourite dog breed?

Hi this is for all you dog lovers out there what’s your favourite dog breed and why?
Me I loved staffs and I have a soft spot for the hilly XLs the reason is for staffs their proper dogs and their a nice size as well not too big not too small plus their great with children. For the bully XLs they are seriously misunderstood and again the ones I’ve met have been super friendly and the owners are absolutely genuine as well no cropped ears and well trained dogs.

  • I generally prefer larger dog breeds than smaller ones. Great danes in particular are lovable giants.

  • Nice to see my discussion is still going can’t wait until Sunday my dad is coming down from Scotland and he bring Lucy my Dalmatian with him can’t wait to see her and my dad of course.

  • Dachshunds, probably because my paternal grandparents had one, which I adored. He was so gentle and had such a lovely temperament.

  • Labradors. Or as I call them, my Labrababies. So beautiful and much better company than humans .

  • I would say the Cavapoo Heart eyes

  • My favorite breed is poodle!

  • Any Labrador, i have had 3 labs in my life so i'm probably biased on this but in my opinion they are the kindest most loving, energetic bundles of joy Slight smile

  • Border Collies are my favourite breed of dog. Cute and smart dogs.

  • Is pretty much all of them an acceptable choice?Joy I just love dogs. But if I had to pick one, Border Collies, because I used to have one and she was brilliant.

  • Weimeraner, the grey ghost, mine long ago crossed the rainbow bridge. Currently own a faded chocolate brown Labradoodle.

  • I like German Shepherds. They are adorable, very clever and very loyal and protective dogs. Since I was little I've had three German shepherds and they are wonderful dogs. I don't have one at the moment as I'm not long out of hospital but I'm hoping to get another before too long.

  • I personally love the Beagle breed, they're such a loving dog breed; love to spend as much time as they can with you.

  • Long haired dachshund

  • Mine is The Jack Russell Terrorist ( Terrier), fiercely loyal and intelligent. Mine loves to go off to the orchard on his own and come back almost grinning, “I’ve found some new fox cologne dad!”

  • Hello, my favourite breed is the Alaskan malamute we lost our fluff butt during Covid lockdowns still find the fluff about the house now, also love GSD the boy in my profile pick is our new nut job GrinGrin

  • With you on both counts!

  • Spaniels, of many shapes and sizes, generally not king charles cavallier though.

They are the best mix of brains and affection I have come across yet, and if you exercise them enough their hyperness is absolutely harnessable. Incredibly intelligent.

I also love collies, again very very bright dogs, but they're even harder to stimulate than spaniels so you need to be ready to exercise both their body and mind if you want a collie that isn't neurotic
