what are you watching?

I'm watching The Day The Earth Stood Still.

I don’t remember Felicity Kendal in D.W, she did a really good detective series with Pam Ferris called Rosemary & Thyme.

Both the actors who played Jerry and Margo did other work that I also liked. I did like "To the Manor Born", and "yes minister" and "yes prime minister". I think the woman who played Barbara was a doc who companion, yes?

I love “The Good Life”  Jerry and Margo were brilliant, I loved Penelope Keith in “ To the Manor born, been watching that.  I watched an interview with Felicity, she said that in real life it wouldn’t have been a good relationship, Barbara wasn’t allowed to have new clothes, go out or have children. I had never thought of it that way.

Im just finishing up "The Good Life" very sympathetic characters, tight writing, some dead spots-even by '70' standards.

I’ve nearly done all the episodes of Highway to Heaven with Michael Landon and Victor French. 

If I'm honest, I've been watching far too much TV, to the extent that I can't actually remember some of the stuff I've been watching. I seem to go through phases of watching a lot of TV, or watching barely any for weeks on end.

The most recent thing I've been watching is a 6-part drama on Netflix called "The Snowgirl".

I don't watch TV very often as I'm more of a gamer - and if I'm not playing I'm watching YouTubers playing. Today is the exception. I'm watching First Dates. It really makes me smile - all those hopefully people looking for love and acceptance. They're so brave!

I have watched the ones BBC put out and it's strange. I can't stay awake for the Poirot episodes but I'm on the edge of my seat for the Miss Marple episodes. I can't explain it. Have you read the books?

I'm watching Poirot. I don't think anyone but David Suchet could play Poirot, his acting and performance was just top notch.

I have really been enjoying watching Art That Made Us

I've got that movie - I'm a big Owen Wilson fan - think he's good in everything I've seen him in. 

I am watching The Cable Guy - Jim Carrey movie - I like it

Bosch series 5

I've been watching I Spy. It's a movie starring Owen Wilson and Eddie Murphy, surprisingly good actually. I've seen it before and always enjoy watching it again.

I've been watching the Titanic film but the remastered 4k version. The quality is phenomenal and actually really makes it very realistic, a little too realistic TBH, almost like being there on board.

Great film though. I've always loved it and have a special interest in Titanic. I own the 1997 version, this new one and a lot of Titanic books and memorabilia.
