Just to be clear if I read the latest moderators note corectly they are saying all threads older than 3 years are going to be deleated. Not locked. Deleated.
I don't belive anyone asked for that inspite of what the note says about listening to feedback. I can only assume it has nothing to do with feedback and more to do with reducing load on the servers.
I think a lot of people probably missed this detail in the note so it was worth mentioning.
Just bumping this back up.

If so you will probably know about the question that asks whether old discussions are important to you.
This suggests that the importance of old conversations may be considered and included in the new platform.

I haven't but I'm glad it is in there.
That's why I bumped this back up - so that people could add their feelings to the survey (if they want) about the NAS's suggestion that they may delete threads more than 3 years old when the new platform is created.
