I am 45 years old and I am late diagnosed as autistic and adhd. I did the tests in France with a psychologist but I want it to be confirmed in uk where I live but I don't know how. I saw a doctor this morning and he told me that because I did the tests in France it's not valid and I have to do a referral for official diagnosis in uk and it will take few years to wait.
Is someone has an advice for me to know how I can do ? I don't want to wait years to wait for an assessment
