Hi,
I just wanted to ask if I'm alone in this.
I cry and awful lot. Barely a day goes by, where I haven't cried.
I cry at adverts, television programmes, radio programmes, books. If people are kind to me I cry sometimes. I cry if I get overwhelmed. They can be happy or sad tears. I find it really hard to contain it.
I don't think it's depression. I just FEEL everything on a huge scale.
You are very welcome! I hope these resources are informative for you.
I think sometimes hyper empathy can be really useful as it means we are intensely connected to the world, however I also understand how overwhelming it can be.
Given your experiences that you have described in your original post, I think you will definitely be able to relate to the autistic people in the video.
I didn't know this. Thank you!
I can completely relate.

Sometimes this can be related to hyper empathy which is very common in our autistic community.
Here is a video and some information about hyper empathy:

Hi I find I cry when I am get overwhelmed with an emotion, like I hear an amazing piece of music and I am enjoying it the emotion I am feeling overwhelmed me and I cry. I spend most of my day trying my hardest not to cry at everything.
When I am in a bad spot the crying feels completely different and is usually mixed with anger and frustration.
I cry more unexpectedly (e.g. when I was watching School of Rock in a cinema 20 years ago youtu.be/4AeUHwkIJzU , there were only 2 other people in the auditorium (a mother+her young son), I cried seeing Jack Black character helping bring the pupils through with their music+having fun in the film (+I cried with laughter too at times)) and don't when I I'm expected to or I expect to even
