My partner he don't understand I have to b prewarned if we r to go out anywhere he tells me there and then got to b ready if not going out without me his not diagnosed but I know his brain is forgetful but it doesn't help me.
I like to know what I am doing in advance too. It helps me to mentally prepare and reduces anxiety.
Exactly if not will cause a meltdown to happen.
