I go a bit bananas on a full moon
I realised this decades ago - I become pretty hyper and it's been pointed out to me by others.
I know that there is a suspected correlation between state of mind and the moon - hence the word 'lunacy'.
Does anyone else experience this?
I was given this to try the other day.
I'd like a second or third opinion if anyone else has the curiosity to give it a go.
Equipment: Laser thermometer.Time of day: Night during a full moon (or almost full)Place your arm 1/2 under moonlight, 1/2 under shade.Measure the temperature of your arm in the moonlight and then in the shade.The temperature of your arm in moonlight will be lower than your arm in shade.
couldnt this be because the bit or arm in moonlight would be the lower end of the arm which is always colder anyway due to smaller veins lower down arm that get restricted, and also due to perhaps having the arm slightly elevated and the end bit in the moonlight is elevated. less blood flow to that part in general which causes lower temperature.
Possibly. I still am not sure it's a real thing.
