Does anyones mind create music on the fly

Hi all,

i have all sorts of sounds / music playing in my head in the day. Sometimes it's a well-known song that's 'stuck' in there Smile

But generally i'll 'hear' myself running a riff or a bassline in my head whilst making dinner, for instance. It's something I've never heard, but if it 'stays' long enough (it usually morphs into something else) i'll get to the computer/keyboard in an attempt to record it.

Anyway, does anyone else have this... uniqueness!??

    I am not what I would consider to be a musical person, but occasionally my mind will create a simple melody. To anyone else, it would likely sound dreadful if I attempted to hum it, on account of the fact that it would be completely off-key and badly out out of tune. Laughing
