Meltdown or Neurocrash?

Overheard someone a few days ago use the word neurocrash instead of meltdown. I just wanted to share it, the description to me makes more sense and is a better description of how it feels.

  • I always think of myself as a computer, in a way that's what our brains are so a crash sounds much better than a meltdown...

When my brain freezes in an awkward social situation I always picture this happening inside my brain

I always end the process and get the hell out of there haha.
