I'm on the waiting list for assessment, I'm 99% sure I'm autistic.

What help is there after diagnosis?

I've been told I need assessing by the mental health team as they suspect autism but they don't do assessments.

    Hi and welcome.

    Unfortunately there's not a lot of support out there for adults with autism.

    So far the best resource for support I've found is this community here.

    If you get diagnosed and you find you like it here I would stick around and post when you need support. This community has a lot of knowledgeable people who offers a lot of help and support to others.

    I love this forum it's invaluable :)
