Forgetful, angry and causing problems

I don't know if anyone can relate but lately, I've been quite forgetful and it's starting to really get to me. It's causing me to stress daily, get moaned at by others, be temporarily hated and useless. I feel useless, I forget the simplest things in life (as minor as you could imagine). I get seriously stressed and fed up with the fact that it bothers people when I'm useless. I get people giving me stick from all angles and I'm starting to wonder if I even have a brain. All this gets me to the most stressful I have ever been in life because people hate it and it annoys them to the point where I have to explain myself to them. What on earth can I do to fix how pathetic and useless I am. Obviously, I can't swear here but if I could, there'd be no filters, I'm that naffed off
