  • Tips.. Sometimes people with ASD can learn to exercise-control over certain situations in conscious and overt ways, this means that they’ve developed a way learn in active-but-odd ways, these get can get reinforced over time as a habit that makes up for their lack of understanding of a certain-type of cognitive-function.

In short you may want to seek some therapy, to learn to identify the nature of your behaviour, and possibly learn-and-reinforce a more-positive behaviour. Which is not a bad thing, it’s just that autistic-people tend to require exposure to a healthy-behaviour in order to adopt it, there are no quick-fixes to that it just takes time and intention. But you can get better at anything if you have the mind to expose yourself to it.. again..chin-up..Blush
