Seriously?  Good original content is what attracts viewers… As well as positing regularly, liking and interacting with other people everyday, and sharing your work. It has nothing to do with what sex you are or what you look like. 

You should literally start a thread about podcast topics and gauge what to cover though democratic method..

i held a job for 2 years now but its been a challenge.

the issue with podcasts and social media type influencer things to make money is that you need a big audience and thats hard to build or grow and most only end up with 1 or 2 viewers. men have it harder on this as theres nothing we can do to easily attract viewers lol
