If you have, or do suffer with obsessive racing thoughts on a daily basis, which have an impact on every aspect of your life, what has helped you please?
I understand we all react differently to different remedies and treatments, but how would you, or have you dealt with this?
Its great to finally get a diagnosis, but it doesnt make the difficulties and related conditions any easier.

To be mindful is to observe and label thoughts, feelings, sensations in the body in an objective manner. Mindfulness can therefore be a tool to avoid self-criticism and judgment while identifying and managing difficult emotions.
