Have any of you noticed that, when things aren't going as you like or you don't know how to communicate certain things with friends or family, that over time you cut them out?
Yes I've noticed I do this. When I'm stressed I push everybody away, not intentionally or cruelly but I can't do social things and get through things at the same time. I think it's that I can't process everything going on.
