    You do this by chosing not to care. You actively cancel that persons relevance to you and what you do.

    Keep comminication civil but distant and keep your focus on the job first and your good colleagues second.

    He doesn't deserve your energy so stop giving it to him in worrying.

    Practice conciously cancelling of himevery time you find yourself thinking that way and you will develop new neural pathways in about 3-4 weeks.
