Social pressure

Along with being autistic, I also struggle with Crohn's colitis.

It's dawned on me lately that I often get sick when pressure is on me for something. Beit a job expectation, famil or personal expectation, to succeed, or to meet a deadline or arrive at an event.

Do I need to do any of this stuff? I mean really?

Do you fee much happier when there isn't expected of you?

When my diary is clear, which is very rare, I feel free, and much more calm. Is the modern world making us sick purely by expecting us to perform in it?
