  • To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

  • I'm relieved to be back. Not sure how long it was that I couldn't sign in as I'm a bit of a lurker. I was also concerned for those who needed extra support but couldn't get in. I struggled to understand who I needed to report my issues to (it felt like I was the only person excluded to start with) but found an email that sort of seemed to fit the bill for reporting my issues. Had a lovely reply back saying I wasn't alone in this issue. Thank you to those working behind the scenes who fixed the issue for me. Very appreciative
