How does a drug change your behaviours/preferences?

Anybody would like to share how different drugs change them temporarily?

Coffee for example makes me nervous and in a hurry even if there's nothing to rush for. My hands start a slight shake. I get overwhelmed and drained much faster.

Alcohol gives me much more energy, I'm usually not so active, but after drinking I enjoy running, climbing stairs, dancing..ext. if I'm well rested and didn't socialise and craving a discussion, alcohol makes a conversation with an NT easier. It also makes me tolerate sensory inputs better like noises, lights ext.. It definitely takes some social anxiety away. I could look and behave as an NT after few vodkas.

Marijuana is the opposite, well much less talking and much more anxiety. Low energy, hunger and sleepiness.

I wouldn't discuss illegal drugs here bec I'm not sure if it's against the rules even tho I think it's good to discuss and share how drugs influence our special brains and maybe what to do stay safe and happy while having fun.

  • I only have caffeine in the morning with a glass of water. I have mainly caffeine free tea. Decaff drinks are black tea which is a no. Too much caffeine gives me very high anxiety.

Used to drink alcohol. Stopped now as was taking strong painkillers and seeing things were not there. People think its a joke.

    Peppermint tea is good.
