I’ve just been put on referral list for autism, my gp said it could take about 2 years to even be seen. Does anyone have any helping tips or advice to help myself and my partner(to help me) get through this process with difficult times while I’m waiting
That sounds about right. Are there any autistic-led peer support groups near you? They typically don't require you to have a diagnosis.
