I’ve just been put on referral list for autism, my gp said it could take about 2 years to even be seen. Does anyone have any helping tips or advice to help myself and my partner(to help me) get through this process with difficult times while I’m waiting

    2 years, wow my wait was 4 and a half years. If you can afford to, go private. In the meantime research autism and start your journey of self discovery, it's a long but rewarding journey. You could also see if your GP can speed things up for you.
