assesment tomorrow

Hi all. My assesment is tomorrow.
Any tips etc about what to expect? I know that may defeat the purpose of the assessment somewhat, but I'm so anxious, just wondering what to expect, and what they do? I will be going on my own as I've no one to come along, who is willing to speak to the assessors

Thanks I’ve got to get the train there which I’m nervous about. I was offered a virtual appointment but I have a very poor internet connection so it wouldn’t really be stable enough
