I’ve recently been prescribed medicinal cannabis from the sapphire clinic. Starting with adven 4% thc cbd oil and will then go onto the the 20% thc oil for my social anxiety. Has anyone tried these cbmp? And have they helped you at all?

I grow my own because it's cheaper long-term and I can control exactly what goes in. For anyone starting out with autos, figuring out the right container size matters more than I thought at first. This page helped me a lot with that: https://fastbuds.com/news/best-pot-size-for-autoflowering-seeds. I had way better results once I stopped using pots that were too small.

Im exactly the same as J.T really. Just use for sleep. Im also with same clinic.
I take a balanced strain, so 7% thc and 10% cbd
Hemphash is worth a try to just try cbd flower, its perfectly legal and I've used them before but I cant say the cbd helped me but worth a try.
D.m if you want any help with anything
I've tried both. I took CBD only oil for a couple of years before deciding to look for further help. I approached a dispensary called Curaleaf which is who I use today. You are referred to a medical Dr. who are really very professional. After an assessment they decide if you are a good candidate.
All I will say is, I only take it to go to sleep at night so never feel any affects that people think of to do with cannabis, I just sleep well. Also, THC has very strong anti-inflammatory properties which is why it's a 50/50 split CBD/THC. It's an important part of the compound in cannabis, but not appropriate for those with any history of psychosis.
I'll also say; the stigma around cannabis is decades long, but it's just the bud of a plant. So proceed with caution of course, but also, it's really no more problematic an experience than coffee is. Drinking a glass of wine has a much greater impact on me.
Feel free to DM if you want any more info from my experience
