  • To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Short-Term Memory problems

Not sure how long it will take for my account to be closed on here, so I'll ask this question and hope someone might be able to advise before that happens.

My short-term memory is gradually getting worse and worse.

Not sure if this is due to ASD or Type-1 Diabetes (frequent Hypos).

Anyone else experience memory problems? 

Have any advice/tips to help, please?

  • I have the memory of a goldfish. And I often get part way thru a sentence & completely forget what I was talking about!  It's so annoying, I forget stuff constantly. It's a brain fog thing, & I have 5 different conditions that can cause brain fog.
