I have my first autism assessment appointment next week and it is just before work.
I was just wondering others who have gone through the NHS process, how intense was it? I work with young children so I do not want to turn up to work overwhelmed if it is quite intense.

No.. the only trouble you find is the trouble you take in with you..
Just be honest and speak your experience. Most of the evidence they take is from behind the mask, you likely are unaware of most of the cracks in your mask, and that’s good its their job to see what you are not aware of..
