Do your friends and loved ones know your identity in this place?

I like to fly under the radar wherever possible - less attention = less stress.

I value anonymity.  I am debating whether to share my identity in this place with my nearest and dearest.

Do the folk from these pages share their identity here with their significant others so they can be "looked up" and their posts read?

A simple Yes or No would be gratefully received, but further reasoning would be especially welcomed.

  • What friends and loved ones? Disappointed relieved

    I am depressed today.  4am and I can't sleep.

  • No.  Mentally I'm in a really bad way.

  • Robert124, Firstly: Can I call you Bob? Secondly, chin up. This will pass, and we know know, that "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger!" Is true. (Even on those rare occasions where it obviously didn't, but let's not spoil a good saying with too much truth, eh).

Here's an idea, to while away the time. When you look at this forum, pick the person or people who you seem to have some commonality with and send them a friend request...

Some of my friends (and to be fair some who don't appear in my friends list) on this forum have turned out to be or have the making of real life friends.

If it happened to me,it could happen to you.

Which, incidentally, prevents me for envying other peoples success. even when someone I don't like succeeds at something I keep failing at, (BA5tds!!) I don;t actually envy them or resent it, because "if it can happen to them, it can happen to me". Is mostly true. Some stuff that happens to other people will never happen to me, because I've learned how to make damn sure it does not..

NOW that's it. No more forum for me for a while, I NEED to interact with the real person and cats more.

    And go clean some stuff.
