Do your friends and loved ones know your identity in this place?

I like to fly under the radar wherever possible - less attention = less stress.

I value anonymity.  I am debating whether to share my identity in this place with my nearest and dearest.

Do the folk from these pages share their identity here with their significant others so they can be "looked up" and their posts read?

A simple Yes or No would be gratefully received, but further reasoning would be especially welcomed.

  • I share my true self with anyone,im starting to unmask more. I'm 46 and finding it hard and in alot better in myself. What I mean is I have never ever liked the idea of masking.

I know alot of people like like this.

I didt know i had autism so I have work it out for my self. 40 years went by and then I was told my younger brother it. He was 8 at the time,he is 14 now. I only just started the support. I have had a diagnoses yet. That's another story.

I'm trying to get to autism recognised at ccp which is where I work, some of them have training but by how they act they don't understand and some of them are even worse. Shrug it off like it's doest matter. How we have fixations but are really good at what we do to the point of experts. We know what's it's like to struggle every day, far more then non autistics. They may have to live with us but socerity is catered for them but it's not catered for us.

As I was saying I'm trying to get education for ccp (Care in the Community for People)  education from some one who is actually autistic and not a trainer.

We know that.  It is great that you are working with people to get your education sorted.

    Good luck.
