medication

What is the names of the prescribed medication for adult ADHD and Autism. I wont to self medicate i'm unable to cope any more. I have to wait another year and a half before i can go for the assessment. It's far too long to wait. My doctor isn't allowed to medicate me she has to get the diagnosis first and the psychiatrist who diagnoses me is only the one that can prescribe medication if i need it. I'm sure its the same for all of you too.

Look into Lion's Mane. It's a natural supplememnt. It's not specifically for the things you say but I have read they have helped some people. It certainly helps me feel more productive and less anxious and helps me think more clearly. I think there's a reason prescribed medicines are prescribed.
