  • You decision to depart this place is a very bad omen.  I note that you have contributed widely and diversely for 24 months.  I do not note (from a cursory inspection) previous issues arising like the one that has arisen tonight.  I would like you to remain in this place but I can fully understand your logic for leaving.  This is bad.

    Only then can a fair solution be arrived at.
