Working

Hi,

So I did another shift at the Nursery but I'm super tired, that's partially from my health but also the anxiety I experience.

The Nursery are being super flexible and I can go in when I feel I'm able to, I guess that's the perks of being a part time volunteer. But I don't see it lasting which is super disappointing.

But if I can't work I don't know what I'll do all day. I don't write anymore, but I don't want to be watching TV series and movies all day.

I'm hoping my working will go well and I'll get over the tiredness and anxiety. It's still early days so maybe I'm just overthinking it?

  • One more thing - at work - don't spent all your energy early in a morning even if kids want more, save yourself for afternoon, and time after work, pacing is something not easy for me, maybe you can do it better :P

  • I've never used kindle, where does it say autors name? it should be Nancy Kress. I don't remember the beginning, I read it 3 years ago, or something like that, and my philosopher friend has my copy

  • I usually get my books from ebay as well, musicmagpie or worldofbooks. Also where I get my dvds from :)

I've never read a book in polish before. I'm not very good at other languages so guess I wouldn't get very far in lol.

  • I think you're right - I mean life is short and possessions should be used shouldn't they? No point in having them otherwise.

I began my Fairy Tale book last night. It's very big and I may not get chance to finish it but I'm going to try x

I've got a Narnia book I bought online and that one is worn, smells really old but charming at the same time.

  • I keep my books, over a 100 already, in plastic boxes I bought at Argos. I have 8 boxes 35 liter size of books. only half of one is in polish, all other in english. I buy used books in very good condition on ebay or amazon. the prices are around £2 per book.
