Any tips on reducing screen time? I watch YouTube to relax, but it's become obsessive. Any other activities I could do-I live in the middle of nowhere and can't drive

For a second there I thought maybe I wrote this, I live in the middle of nowhere and can’t drive. Maybe Read a book? I’ve just started reading the Harry Potter series, the first book is very easy going. I also find playing a musical instrument is relaxing. Drawing, puzzles, being creative. Listen to music. Lego Is very therapeutic to.
If you can't reduce the screen time maybe set it as a rule that the screentime must be meaningful, ie you'll watch skill building videos on youtube or you'll set it to one of those relaxing or ASMR streams to help you get on with other things in the house while it plays in the backgroud? I can recomend a few of those if you'd like.
One thing that helps me is that I choose YouTube stuff I can mostly listen to, so can be on the move with housework or something and it doesn’t feel so square eyes-y. Do you mostly watch on your phone? You could resolve to put it in a drawe for two hours each day or something and read or meditate or sleep.
Aswell as watching as many autism videos on YouTube that i can, i'm trying to learn to paint. So i'm on all the time watching those. It can become quite addictive can't it.
